I raised a complaint and, it never really felt like it was being properly dealt with. I wasn’t expecting anything huge, just a clear response and some effort to actually sort it out.
Instead, replies were slow and I had to keep chasing for updates. When I did get an answer, it felt like they were talking down to me a bit, like I didn’t understand the issue, even though they kept missing the main point and going round in circles.

By the end of it, I was just frustrated and still didn’t have any real fix. It left a bad impression, and I wouldn’t say it was a good experience at all.
